Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order.
During peak periods, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Fulfilment & Dispatch
Some orders are fulfilled through our authorized fulfillment partner to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Orders may therefore be dispatched from different fulfilment centres depending on stock availability.
All customer support, delivery queries, and returns are handled directly by PowerGainz Nutrition.

Where available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
International Shipping
At present, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom.
If international delivery options are available, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes or certain remote locations.
