Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In addition, under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • With all seals intact

  • In resalable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Process

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide:

  • Instructions on how to return your item

  • The appropriate return address

  • A return label, where applicable

As some orders are fulfilled via our authorized fulfilment partner, approved returns may need to be sent to one of our fulfilment centres rather than our registered business address.

Return addresses vary by order and will be provided upon approval.

What Items Can Be Returned?

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The seal has not been broken, and the packaging remains unopened

  • The product is damaged within the manufacturer’s warranty period

  • The original label is still attached to clothing (where applicable)

  • The best-before date has not expired

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

What Items Cannot Be Returned?

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have passed their expiration date

  • Products that have been opened or had their seal broken

  • Supplements or consumable goods once opened (unless faulty)

  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards, store credit, discount codes, or promotional vouchers

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at seb@powergainznutrition.co.uk, including photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected

  • Inspection and processing may take up to 14 days from receipt

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund
